MSPG-3233 - "initalize" |

Hi sir,
I updated the firmware for MSPG-3233 by USB port.
in the course of a power failure. Then it is unable to boot - display
remote controller -"initalize", and all LED as light, Main display empty (two rows of squares)
How to fix it?
Is there any way to re-update the firmware again?
