MSPG2000 with Alterma MAX2 broken |

Dear Master Co. I work in Newsan SA Argenitna, I've to run instruments repair. I have a MSPG 2000 with an IC broken. The IC is ALTERA MAXII EPM240T100C5N. my question is the IC have firmware into it? In this case how can I do for download the firmware. Thanks in advance!!!.
